Jewels and Juice



Happy Saturday! Sparkling, sparkles make me happy! I'm sure I will be wearing some later!
   
 
Starting your morning off with essential nutrients and vitamins is key to giving your body what it needs no matter the cocktails you drank last night or will be drinking. :) Those hangovers when your nearing 30 are a lot more rough, people.  

The ingredients below give you an extra boost of energy and a glow to your skin. Who doesn't want that? What's in that colorful mixture above? 

Glow juice

2 apples
2 beats
I orange(peeled)
Handful of Kale

Put them in your juicer or blender and enjoy!
